I’m Chad Baird, a creative director and founder of Business Growth Systems. I set the creative direction and bring brand, campaign and production work through to delivery.

My work spans brand identity, integrated campaigns, websites, social content, video and live events.

For ten years, I’ve directed teams of 10–12 designers, video editors, content creators, web specialists and contractors. I turn the business brief into clear creative direction, then guide the work through production, revisions, approvals and delivery.

I collaborate with business owners, marketing stakeholders, vendors and production partners, combining hands-on design with responsibility for the wider creative process.
